By the EMPA annual fee you will become a full EMPA member. Besides the plain free subscription, that keeps you updated through the EMPA Newsletter, the EMPA membership gives you access to discounts for the EMPA annual conference, and for seminars and social events. In addition, it makes you a voting and eligible member in the Representative and Executive Boards of the association during the General Assembly.
